Welcome! I am an exprerienced Scrum Master/Project Manager with a solid academic and professional background in the fields of networks, communications and software. I have been training and deepening in good practices, obtaining the corresponding international certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM I/II, PSPO I/II) and staying up to date with agile methodologies, frameworks and tools. I have a lot of experience cooperating in virtual teams, as well as participating at international level. My professional interests focus on on agile methods, managing complex projects and process optimization.
